About Us
We came together years ago with a common passion and a common dream. We love food and wine and want to give people the opportunity to love them as much as we do. Traveling through Europe we were inspired by the quality of the cuisine and how every meal was a celebration of food, wine, family and friends. Longing for a similar celebration back home, we noticed there are few places here whose focus is truly on the pairing of food and wine.
We set out to create our very own market that is both a nod to the old-world traditions we experienced in Europe as well as a contemporary way of preparing and enjoying food that Americans have not yet had the chance to embrace. We decided to call it Pairings and vowed to help our customers learn about food and wine and enjoy them together as they were meant to be.
